However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under specific conditions.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
The return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Perishable items like fresh fruit juice are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.
Products purchased under promotion, discount, or clearance sale may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Opened fruit juice bottles
Consumed or partially used products
Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery
Items without original invoice
Customized or special order products
Gift items or free items
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, leaking, expired, or defective:
Please inform us within 12 hours of delivery.
Share clear images/videos of the damaged product.
Do not dispose of the product until our team verifies the issue.
After verification, we will offer:
Replacement
Store credit
Full or partial refund
Wrong Product Delivery
If you receive the wrong product:
Raise a complaint within 24 hours
Provide photos of the delivered item
Our team will arrange:
Free replacement
Reverse pickup (if required)
